One Simple Rule

The most important thing you have to know about weight loss is the following:

If you consume fewer calories than you burn, you will lose weight

If you consume more than you burn, you will store the excess as fat.

At the basic and fundamental level, weight loss summarized in that one simple rule. Unfortunately the details of that one simple rule are enough to fill thousands upon thousands of volumes. Going forward, I’m going to attempt to boil that incredible volume of (often contradictory) information into one place.
